What is your policy for damaged products?
Damaged Items are charged 2 times the rental amount to replace.

Do you have a minimum? What is the deposit to hold my date? When is payment due?
We do not have a minimum. Any orders less than $500 will be subject to an additional fee.

The deposit is $500 or half your invoice to hold your date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment is due in full 4 weeks prior to your event.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card & Paypal are accepted as payment for rentals & services.
